Ghostchild has made a great new San Andreas air acrobatics stunt video. His latest video, entitled Pokker is definitely a must see for anyone who loves watching aero-stunts.

An air acrobatic stunt video made by Ghostchild in 2006. Featuring some of the best air acrobatic stunts seen till this moment. Great editing and an adrenaline pumping song. Make sure you catch this one!

So head over to our downloads database and watch Pokker, it's in WMV format and just over 44mb, so it won't take too long to download as long as you aren't still on dialup, and if you are in that 10% demographic then it's time to upgrade. I watched the video and I have to say there is a lot of skill involved in pulling some of the stunts off.

It's also worth mentioning that a small group of members on our own forums are hoping to create a collaborational video. Currently they are planning two stunt videos, one for Vice City, and a more popular one for San Andreas, there's also an audition topic for those who are interested.

If you are interested them make sure you let everyone know by posting in the SA Community Video topic or the VC Community Video topic, whichever you can contribute to, or both if you can!

Tell us what you think of Pokker in our forums.

Well the video was OK, but I wasn't impressed so much. The stunts were good, and it was nice to see more planes other than Hydra, but I just have a feeling that it would work out much better if Hydra was the only plane in the vid. And the vid was too short. I didn't like the song, but tastes are different.

Wichita was way better.

btw, did you notice that in the readme file Wichita is spelled wrong?

Hmm... video was good. A little toned down from the last one - special video effects wise - but good all the same. It was defintely nice to see airplanes other than the hydra. Nice going - Keep up the good work Ghostchild!

BTW, from where does he come up with names for his videos? Are they words in another language or something? Just curious.

Well he is Norwegian, or Swedish, Norwegian I think though, Pokker is probably a word there, but Wichita isn't, and remember there was Wichita Gardens in Shoreside Vale ;)

Thanks guys! :) I was trying to be alittle more subtle this time, not going overboard with fancy screaming-orange effects. And the name means 'damnit' in norwegian (yes, I'm norwegian). I got the name Wichita after seing a documentary film on BTK-killer (Bind-Torture-Kill) who killed 7 people (I think) in the Wichita area. So, Wichita is a city. I just tought it sound cool.

About the stunts. I don't really think people appreciate how hard most of the stunts in the video are. Stunts like loops over and under a bridge in the big jetplane (not the Hydra) needs a few go's. Spins inside a narrow tunnel is even harder. The last stunt is the most narrow tunnel I've ever done.

Anyway, thanks for the comments, I'm glad you thought it was ok :P

Oh, about the song. I knew it was a risky song seing it was in norwegian and all, but I just can't edit a video with a song I don't like so I chose that one. Remember music is universal.

I think you'll allways have to approach my videos with an open mind.

It was a great video. You are by far the best around at aerial stunting. However, Wichita was better, both the editing and stunts. But you set the standard for aerial stunting so this video just strengthens how good you are.

Yeah, the worst part is that I actually think I agree with you (on the case of Wichtia being better). I hate making a video worse then the last one, I'm sepose to top the last. Sadly, I wasn't as motivated as I was when making Wichita. But anyway, the stunts were harder and better, and I don't think anyone has even done a spin inside a tunnel before. So at least I presented something new to the audience and that's also very important to me.

yeah, open the .rar file with WinRar as Chris said. :)

Yeah, the stunt were better and much harder. I'll attempt to do them later. Anyway, I really expected at least a bit more stunts to see. But I think that the edit was better than in Wichita. Just like you said, got tired of orange colour. ^_^

Thats a sweet video. I like it. And spinning inside a tunnel is unbeliveable. Good job

Hey, umm i don't wanna annoy you or anything but you can see that half of the video is fake. (notice how the hydra engines dont move into the other position) The stunts WERE good but its a shame they were'nt real. Anyway i liked the music. (im not norwegian or anything near it but still i enjoyed it) -_-

Doesn't that happen because the replay system is flawed?

They're all possible.

Nice bump ;D

Yeah, replays only track vehicles' movements and which vehicle and colour they are. Everything else (decals on vehicles, positions of doors/wigs) is just left at its defaults.

Off the top of my head I cant say exacty what is and isnt recorded, but it isnt very much.

Hydra's engines/landing gear/flares/missles aren't showed or are in default position when using replay feature. Also, no damage/smoke/fire are included in replay feature. I hope they'll improve this feature in next GTA.

Ohh ok lol silly me. That means id probably give the movie a 10/10. Absolutly amazing.

Plus i want to add how amazingly close ghostchild put the timing of the song with the way the planes acted...
